It is with deepest sorrow that I must announce the passing of a dear friend and classmate Alice Carder Wright. Phil provided the following info on her funeral services:
The viewing for Alice will be at the Lee Funeral Home in Clinton on Friday January 25th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, January 26th at 1 pm with burial following at the Cedar Hill Cemetary in Suitland.
Alice, I knew you for a long time although not well. I witnessed your tenderness and comical pranks toward others many times I have experienced a friends death in the blink of an eye too many times and never talked about it unless it was a need to know basis. Isn't it funny how we don't take more notice and appreciation of our very being, nature, and friends around us until poof something or someone's gone as we spend too much time on insignificant things, Alice I remember you and can say in all surety you are missed and loved.
