I am again saddened by another classmate's passing...
I might have known you in a class or passed you in the crowded corridors of a new High School...Hope to see you in Heaven with all the other dear classmates.. then we'll have a really swell reunion...til then
Marty was a good friend of mine. We became clise friends in Jr High. We played in a rock band Marty was our bass player. He was extremely good. We played all over the DC area and at the steel pier in Atlantic City. Marty married a wonderful girl (Bev) from So. Maryland they had two childern. I married a wonderful girl who graduated in 1967 from Crossland (Sharon Sanford). Our close relationship continued until I moved out of the country on the various Agency assignments. Marty amways had a smile on his face and was the first person to offer help. When I graduated from Univ of Md and GW Marty was the first person shake my hand and give me a hug. I will always have fond memories of Marty at crab fest sharing good times laughing anf sharing stories.
Marty may have left us but the memories of him will last a lifetime
